Shri Surinder Singh Kohli has long experience as a banker, spanning 40 years. He has held the position of Chairman and Managing Director of Punjab & Sind Bank and Punjab National Bank (PNB), which is the third-largest bank in India. He was also the Chairman of India Infrastructure Finance Company (UK) Limited (IIFCL). Under his leadership, IIFCL carved a niche for itself in financing infrastructure projects. He held the chairmanship of Indian Banks’ Association for two terms and has chaired several committees associated with financial sector policy. A recipient of several awards, including the Wharton-Infosys Ltd Enterprise Transformation Award for Technology, Shri Kohli is well recognised in the Indian banking and financial industry for his deep insights and dynamic leadership. He holds directorship in various companies/institutions in India including IL&FS Financial Services Limited and IDFC.

Shri Navin Kumar Maini
Former Deputy Managing Director, SIDBI
Mr. Navin Kumar Maini retired as the Deputy Managing Director In-charge of SIDBI, the apex FI for MSME sector in India. Mr. Maini also chaired the Boards of Subsidiaries and Associates of SIDBI viz.SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd, SIDBI Trustee Company Ltd, India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd, India SME Technology Services Ltd and CGTMSE. He represented SIDBI on the Board of ‘The Montreal Group’ of BDC, Canada which has membership from eight countries. He has over 48 years’ experience across the financial services sector. He currently chairs the Board of Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd, besides being on the Advisory Boards of Ivycap Venture Fund and the Borbhag Group.
GoI had nominated him as a Member of the Expert Group for setting up a Development Finance Institution for SHGs, as well as on the Committee for examining the Financial Architecture for MSME sector in India. Mr. Maini has been conferred with the prestigious “Award for Lifetime Contribution to the Micro Finance Sector” instituted by Access Development Services and HSBC, at the Inclusive Finance India Summit in 2014.
Mr. Maini has attended international training programmes in Harvard and Stanford Universities, USA and Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom.He graduated from St. Stephens College and has a Degree in Law from University of Delhi, besides Post Graduation in Management ( MDI, Gurgaon) and International Trade (IIFT, Delhi). He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance .

Mr. Mukesh Gupta is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), with over four decades of leadership experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and governance. He currently serves as Strategic Advisor to the Board of India Exposition Mart Ltd.
During his distinguished career, he has led initiatives in business conceptualization, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital raising including domestic and international listings, and strengthening governance frameworks. Earlier, he was associated with EY (erstwhile S.R. Batliboi) and later spent over a decade with the Jubilant Group, where he was part of the core leadership team that conceptualized ventures including Domino’s India (Jubilant FoodWorks).
He was recently invited as a speaker and jury member at the World Forum of Accountants (WOFA 2026) and is widely recognized for combining financial expertise with strategic insight in guiding businesses toward sustainable growth.
